CyoGenerator is a free application that generates encryption keys.

Keys can be generated with user-specified key lengths, and exported to files (binary or text) for subsequent importing into CryptoAPI-compatible key blobs (see the Microsoft CryptoAPI documentation).

Currently supported algorithms (more coming soon):

• RSA public-key signature;
• RSA public-key key-exchange;
• RC2 block encryption;
• RC4 stream encryption.
